Check your owners manual and ask your ASE certified technician to see what kind of brakes your vehicle use and ask how they are adjusted.
Wheels should be pulled and checked once a year by your ASE certified technician. A typical brake inspection should include rotors, calipers, drums, pads, pistons and brake lines.
Brake systems should be flushed and the brake fluid should be replaced every other year. Brake fluid absorbs moisture and becomes acidic after every 30,000 miles.
